Wipe Right Cleaning Agents – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Wipe Right Cleaning Agents (“WipeRight”, “we”, “our” or “us”) to property owners, landlords, Airbnb hosts, letting agents, property managers and other property professionals (“you”, “your”).
By requesting a quote, submitting a property profile, or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.
2. About us
Wipe Right Cleaning Agents is a managed cleaning service based in Manchester, UK. We connect property professionals with vetted independent cleaners and coordinate bookings, quality standards and photo-verified handovers.
3. Services we provide
We arrange domestic and short-let cleaning services including, but not limited to, Airbnb turnovers, rental refresh cleans, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and ongoing portfolio support for letting agents. The exact scope of each clean is agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
4. Quotes and pricing
All prices quoted are starting guide prices based on the information you provide. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access, urgency, location, cleaner availability and any selected extras. We will always provide a tailored, fixed quote for your approval before any clean is confirmed.
5. Bookings, changes and cancellations
A booking is confirmed only when you accept our quote and we confirm the cleaner allocation. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or access issues may affect future availability.
6. Cleaner matching
We use a network of vetted independent cleaners. We allocate cleans based on availability, location, skills and your property requirements. While we aim to provide the same cleaner for regular bookings, we cannot guarantee allocation to a specific individual.
7. Standards and photo handovers
We operate a checklist-based quality standard and aim to provide a photo handover for managed cleans. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a clean, you must notify us within 24 hours with supporting details so we can assess and remedy the issue.
8. Access, keys and security
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property. Any keys, codes or access devices are stored and used at your own risk. Please inform us of any hazards, alarms, parking restrictions or special instructions before the clean.
9. Liability and insurance
Wipe Right Cleaning Agents acts as a managed introduction and coordination service. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific clean in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential losses, or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you. Cleaners in our network are expected to carry their own public liability insurance.
10. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. By using our services, you consent to the processing described in that policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
